I’m excited to introduce my three guest authors.

Erin Unger

There’s a huge fascination with the romantic suspense genre. Erin Unger is a relatively new name who joins the ranks of Irene Hannon, Dee Henderson, and Lynette Eason. I guarantee you’ll being hearing more about her in days to come. Her newest release, Practicing Murder, will keep you on the edge of your seat.

The hills of Virginia are home to Erin, her husband, children, and grandchildren. She has not one, but two creative talents. She’s an artist as well as a writer. She paints with acrylics and has been commissioned to do two murals. She illustrated a children’s book, Memphis Learns the Hard Way.  Her true love is painting portraitures. How fun! 

I typically avoid reading books that scare me because of my propensity for nightmares. I wanted to read Practicing Murder and asked Erin if the suspense was frightening enough to trigger that. She said I better not read it. I didn’t take her advice. It was worth it!  Come join the conversation from 6:30 – 8:00 pm EST. Christina Strickland

I met Christina when she came to my book signing for The Street Singer. She saw Kristen Heitzmann’s cover endorsement and that brought her out on a Saturday morning to purchase my book.

Christina has authored a children’s book titled Elephant Art, a perfect companion for a homeschool mom with three young children whom she calls, “three little wonder-seekers.” I love that!   She’s currently working on an adult novel. When Christina isn’t writing or homeschooling, she enjoys chai, rain, ethnic foods, mountain views, white water, traveling and star-gazing. She also enjoys SUP. If you’re like me and have no idea what that is, I’ll spare you the time to look it up—stand up paddle boarding. Doesn’t that sound fun!

Kimberly Miller  

Kimberly Miller and I have a few things in common. Besides being novelists, we are both educators—I taught elementary students, she teaches college. We both worked in educational administration—I was an elementary principal and she’s a professor and department chair. And we both share the same university for our undergrad. That might not be so unusual if it were a huge renowned school, but it’s Slippery Rock University. I know, unless you’re from Pennsylvania, you’ve probably never heard of it. It’s a beautiful setting in rural PA slightly north of Pittsburgh and slightly south of Grove City College where Kimberly is a full professor.

When she’s not teaching or writing, Kim will probably be active running, walking, doing yoga, or tap dancing. How fun! Her novel, Forgiving Tess, is a delightful and emotional story of forgiveness within a relationship as well as learning to forgive yourself.
